A FEW MORE DETAILS
I run into a bunch of people who work from home, and a lot of times this statement, in some form, creeps its way into the conversation:
I love working from home, but I miss the office chatter now and then.
As someone who also works from home, it’d be great to get out every-so-often and meet folks who are doing the same thing. Facing the same challenges. Overcoming the same obstacles. Relishing in the same successes.
So, I thought it’d be fun to put something on the calendar, maybe once a month, to meet these folks. I’m hoping it’s something you’d find interesting and join us.
WHO’S ATTENDING?
A bunch of us – we’ve seen the group grow each meeting. Lawyers, advertisers, marketers, financial advisors, technologists – we’ve had an amazing mix of talented attendees!
WHY SHOULD I JOIN?
You’ll meet like-minded folks and discuss topics that are sure to hit home. At the very worst, it’s a chance to meet some of your neighbors and relax at a terrific bar.

Do you own The Dead Poet?
Nope. I have no professional affiliation with The Dead Poet.
Uh, Why The Dead Poet then?
I live in the neighborhood. Since I work from home, I also work in the neighborhood. I’m fond of the Upper West Side, so I’m keen to keep it in the neighborhood.
The Dead Poet is terrific. Great staff. Great beer selection. Great TVs. Great place to catch a morning / afternoon soccer match. Great bar.
And a great place to meet up.
