Upper West Side: Meet Your Neighbor, Paul

I met Paul on the Upper West Side during one of our Work from Home meetings. What stood out about Paul was that he fit right in, as if we all had been pals for a very long time. He asks lots of the right questions and he’s in telecommunications via the Cable industry, both of which I’m a huge fan.

He seemed to be a great person to talk a bit more about the Upper West Side.

You can find Paul at his website and on Twitter (@psolly0108).

Upper West Side: Meet Your Neighbor, Adrian

I met Adrian on the Upper West Side at our first Work from Home meeting. I had been to Sydney a few times and London once (and was going shortly after we met), and it was great to hear some ‘local’ stories. Adrian has an entrepreneurial spirit along with one quality that ranks high above most anything else: He’s a fan of Liverpool Football Club.

After living in other cultural and cosmopolitan cities, I thought it’d be fun to find out a bit more.

You can find Adrian on Twitter (@astraiton).

No Comments, No-reply: Is There A Shift Happening?

There’s MG Siegler’s discussion about disabling comments on his site.

Then there’s MacStories’ piece on shutting down comments on their site.

There’s a local news blog that doesn’t have its comments turned on, either.

Oh, then I’ve seen more and more of these:
