I live in New York, but I work all over. The web allows that, along with lots of personal communications.

I started this blog as a discussion of how to run a business without making enemies. All people we come in contact with – customers, competitors, vendors, employees, recruits, etc. – should be viewed as long-term partners. Never easy, but always worth the effort.
